Ch10: The Blue-Eyed Bastard
Remember that character I told you to remember earlier? You know, the one in the YouTube video?

Ryo, Megan, and Phenna were having a conference behind a rock.
"So what do we do?" Said BOTH Megan and Ryo.

They looked at each other, dumbfounded.

"Weird. Anyway, I don't know, Goldie's thrashing too violently to get near her, and we don't really have a ranged attack... I guess we could just wait until she calms down..." Phenna's doing everything today, huh?

"That's kind of boring, but I don't want to get near her either... So we just wait until we can get close enough to attack?" Megan was disheartened; waiting for a dragon to calm down just so they can move in and attack again?

Phenna felt similarly to Megan... "I know. But it's way too dangerous to get anywhere near her while she's raging like that."

Phenna looked up from the floor. "Hey, what happened to the half-dead chick?"

"What?" Someone was half dead? Megan thought there was only three of them.

"You know, the one with half an ear and various cuts all over her?" Phenna was probably referring to Miku.

Megan realized that our unconscious Minun friend was on the other side of the room, only ten or so meters from Giratina. "Oh... THAT half-dead chick..." She paused for a moment, and Phenna was puzzled. 

"Are you okay? You look distant... Hello!?" Phenna grabbed Megan and shook her.

Megan snapped out of her trance. "We gotta go help her! Come on!" Megan started toward Miku.

"Hey! She tried to kill me! At least wait a bit before you charge in!" Phenna grabbed Megan by the shoulder.

Megan stopped. "But..." 

"She's tough as all hell, don't worry." Phenna assured Megan.

They watched Miku, who was limp on the ground. "I hope she doesn't get killed..." Ryo worried for her, it wasn't often he found someone he might be related to.

Suddenly, a fireball flew past Miku, and our group watched as it flew directly into Kei's ice block. Everyone expected the fireball to rip through the iceblock, but instead, the ice block absorbed the blow.

A few seconds later, the ice block exploded.


All was silent.
Smoke covered half the room. 
Miku's eyes snapped open.
Giratina stopped moving.

A pair a glowing blue eyes made themselves apparent. 

A voice, confident and overflowing with charisma and charm.
"Hallo, world! Did ya miss me?"

"Very much, Master." Miku replied.

The glow faded. "Good to know. Now let's gather up the girls." The blue-eyed figure stepped forward. He held a strong stance as he walked, obviously unafraid of the 40-foot dragon before him.

Miku stood up, and limped behind her master. "I am injured, Master. I cannot fight."

The "Master" continued walking toward Giratina.
"No need to worry, my darling Miku. I will care for you like any of my other girls. Besides, who asked you to fight?"

He walked alongside Giratina, ever so lightly touching her armored scales. "Such shine, and such a robust body. You are a great example of what a dragon should be."

An icy shard sliced across his cheek, his arrogant demeanor shifting to show its own sharp edge.

"Jealous much, Winter?"

"Leave. NOW!" Phenna was breathing heavily.

"Why, Winter! So cold! You truly deserve your title of Ice Queen." Kei had turned to face Phenna.

"Stop calling me Winter! I'll kill you if you don't leave!"
Phenna warned, her rage quickly overflowing.

"Maybe your not as icy as I remembered, letting your emotions rule you like that. Maybe I should intervene..." He started walking toward Phenna. 

"I bet you can't even punch me, Winter."
Phenna didn't move, her fists were clenched and she averted her eyes from Kei's.

"You not only can't, you won't. Ha! You know your place." Kei touched her chin; tears were flowing freely, but she was silent. 

He looked a little lower.
"I see that you have a little something of mine." He grabbed the fang on her chest and kicked her, pulling loose the fang. He placed the fang in it's slot. Immediately the gums grew around its base and held it in place.

He leaned over Phenna, his happy arrogance replaced with rage. She was unconscious, but that did nothing to dampen his anger.
"You think that you can do anything to stop ME!? You think that you can take my fang without repercussion!? I am Kei! Nothing can stop me! I control you, and there's nothing YOU can do about it!"

Ryo lunged toward Kei, and punched him as hard as he could. Ryo had tackled Kei to the floor. 
"You BASTARD!" Ryo punched him repeatedly, knocking Kei's head against the ground with each blow.

Kei punched the side of Ryo's head with his right paw, knocking Ryo to the side and dazing him.
He stood up, wiping some blood from his lips.
"Like I haven't heard THAT a million times. Still, great job on catching me off-guard like that." He punched a boulder that Megan had thrown at him, smashing it to a thousand pieces. 

"But it never works twice."

After a moment:
"May we leave, Master? I need to recover." Miku asked submissively.

"Of course we can leave! I need you to be healthy the next time I want to gather girls." Kei returned to his arrogant demeanor, walking back towards Miku.

"Yes, Master." Miku agreed.

"See you soon!" A portal opened in front of Kei. He and Miku walked through it.

Megan was shocked. Ryo and Phenna were both unconscious, and Giratina was asleep blocking the only exit.
